I've probably used every black eyeliner Essence has produced in the last 10 years, and I'd rank this at the bottom and the brush tip at the top. The short, chunky barrel is unfamiliar and uncomfortable; the giant felt tip feels firmer than the rest of their options and doesn't feel good against the skin; and the ink has to be layered for proper opacity. Mine also felt dry. I'm sure this is fantastic for anyone with motor control issues or who isn't looking for a dense, dramatic wing, but for the rest of us, this is a step down from their other liners. I'm surprised they wasted the cachet of the "Lash Princess" name on this.
