How to use:

• Start with a light touch: Liquid liners can be easier to go overboard with, so it's best to begin with light strokes and build up the color gradually.

• Map your brows: You can lightly sketch the outline of your desired brow shape with a separate brow pencil or eyeshadow. This helps guide your application with the liquid liner.

• Create hair strokes: Using the felt tip, draw small feathery strokes in the direction your brow hairs naturally grow. Focus on filling in sparse areas and defining the shape of your brows.

• Build the color: Once you've created the basic outline, go back and add more strokes to areas that need more filling. Remember, you can always add more but it's harder to take away.

• Blend and groom: Use the spoolie brush (often included on the other end of the liner) to blend out any harsh lines and soften the look. You can also use it to brush your natural brow hairs into place.
