At first I thought it was just average. I expected to feel the chili more, and still would like it if there was more of a burning sensation. I quickly realized that I actually love this product, as I would regularly catch myself reapplying the lip gloss. I do not see any plumping effects, but I love the feeling on the lips. I have been using this everyday since purchasing it, and I have already purchased the ginger one as well.
