BUCHU essential oil contains an antioxidant that has proven to be highly successful in aiding the relief of arthritis. Buchu oil has potent anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, skin healing and antibacterial properties and brings immediate relief to inflammation and itchiness. This indigenous shrub grows in fynbos habitats near streams on the lower slopes of the Western Cape mountains.
CAPE GERANIUM essential oil is an aromatic shrub, indigenous to the Cape region of South Africa, is cultivated extensively world-wide for its distinctive rose-like smell that relieves stress and anxiety, gives relief to chronic pain or migraine, and is rich in anti-inflammatory properties. It’s also used as a natural skin tonic to tighten and tone the skin and keeps it blemish-free.
AFRICAN LEMON BUSH leaves have oil glands on the edges and give off a strong aromatic aroma when rubbed. Leaves and flowers are stripped off the plant and steam extracted for their essential oil. This popular fever tree is a woody shrub and indigenous to South Africa. When used on skin it is known to soothe rashes and scratches and its distinctive lemon-like aromas repel insects, the natural way.
